Our holiday cottage is a lovely stone-built, detached, first floor apartment, situated above Eyam Tea Rooms. The property dates back to the 17th century and is located in the heart of Eyam village, on the square.
The apartment itself offers superb, comfortable accommodation for four people, with two bedrooms, a spacious sitting/dining room, a modern, well equipped kitchen and large family bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower. There is a small, enclosed patio area with seating for four people.

The property has a dedicated parking space and there is also free on-street parking.
You can also book (at additional cost / and if available) the Annexe. This bedroom with additional en suite shower room will open it up so that the whole apartment can sleep six people.
