Both the Coach House Cottage and the Annexe have separate entrances but there is an internal (lockable) adjoining door meaning these two properties can be booked together to sleep a total of 6 people.

Our holiday cottage is a lovely stone-built, detached, first floor apartment, situated above Eyam Tea Rooms. The property dates back to the 17th century and is located in the heart of Eyam village, on the square.
When combined our two properties offer superb, comfortable accommodation for six people, with three bedrooms (one king, one double and one twin), a spacious sitting/dining room, a modern, well equipped kitchen and large family bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower and a separate ensuite shower room. There is a small, enclosed patio area with seating for six people.

The property has a dedicated parking space and there is also free on-street parking.
